Hey Queen, Thank you for booking with me♡.

All appointments are subject to a €20 deposit before booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total.

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Appointments will be released on the 20th of every month at 9pm for the following month. Please keep a look out on my Instagram for updates. I do not work on Sundays.

Slots before 9am and after 8pm are classed as premium slots and will be an additional €20 fee.

Bookings made 2-4 days before are referred to as 'Emergency bookings' at an extra fee of €30. These slots are subject to my availability.

Custom wigs and Lace wig installments require your hair to be brought in 7 days before your appointment date.

For when sending or dropping your hair please add:

your full name
date/ time of appointment
your head measurements 
Please ensure measurements are added and measured correctly.

Hair given in many tiny pieces will be an extra charge of €15.

 

Please ensure that you purchase a good quality frontal/closure in order to avoid difficulty when it is being installed or styled. You must also ensure you pick the correct colour lace to match your scalp or skin tone. 

When purchasing hair, please avoid dense hairlines, thick lace, lace that is darker than your skin complexion, large knots and green/grey lace.

If the lace does not match you, your appointment will be cancelled!

 

If late, you will be given a grace period of 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes you will be charged a late fee of €10

If you have not arrived after 20 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
